About this guitar

The 1129 is Sturner Guitars’ original and flagship design, pairing a boldly geometric body shape with a more traditional 24.75” scale mahogany/maple build. The standard spec calls for hand-wound neck and bridge pickups, a 2-volume/2-tone/3-way-switch control layout, and a Gotoh hardtail bridge with Gotoh tuners. Note: fully custom, built-from-scratch orders of this model are currently paused; it remains available through the maker’s International Series (overseas-built, then finished and set up in the Philadelphia shop) as a customizable order or as an already-built, ready-to-ship one-off instrument.
