Asteria
By OD Guitars
A lightweight, ergonomic solidbody built for technical/progressive players, with OD's Natural Geometric tone-cavity chambering and a harp-curved headstock for full high-fret access.
About this guitar
Asteria is OD Guitars’ ergonomic solidbody aimed at the technical, progressive modern player, whether seated or standing. The body is shaped for zero-effort access to the highest frets, and Omer Deutsch’s trademark Natural Geometric (NG) tone-cavity chambering — 20mm-deep holes routed into the body — emphasizes bass response and attack while cutting unwanted mids. Available with the standard NG layout or the alternate ‘Wings’ design, and with or without a contrasting-wood NG inlay. Like every OD model, it’s built to order with a wide menu of wood, hardware, and finish choices, and can be specified in 6-, 7-, or 8-string, standard or multiscale (fanned-fret) configurations.
