Gripen
An angular, neck-through Kauer original co-designed by Doug and Max Kauer, built from Spanish Mahogany with a wide range of pickup and hardware configurations.
About this guitar
Gripen is a joint Doug-and-Max-Kauer design built around neck-through Spanish Mahogany construction, giving its angular, beveled body a distinct feel and a headstock-to-tail sustain the company built its winged-guitar reputation on. Buyers choose between 1, 2, or 3 pickups (Wolfetone, Lollar, or TV Jones) and Nickel or Gold hardware, all fed through a Tune-o-matic/tailpiece setup and Hipshot locking tuners.
