High Spirit's Shadow Hawk is a build-to-order solidbody electric with an angular offset body, starting at $2,200.
About this guitar
The Shadow Hawk is one of High Spirit Guitars’ current Hawk-series solidbody electrics, hand-built to order by luthier Connor Kelly in San Diego, CA. It starts at $2,200, with wood, finish, hardware, and pickups configured per instrument rather than sold as a fixed spec. A past Shadow Hawk build seen on the maker’s site featured a pine body with a raw nitrocellulose finish, a torrefied maple neck, a medium-thin C profile, and the shop’s own ‘Hot Dog’ pickups, though exact appointments vary by order.
