Fuchs FAT 112GB Ported Guitar & Bass Cabinet
A lightweight, front-ported 1x12 guitar and bass cabinet based on the classic Electro-Voice TL606 design, loaded with a Celestion BN12-300S.
About this amp
The FAT 112GB reworks the time-honored Electro-Voice TL606 cabinet design with modern materials and CNC-cut poplar/birch plywood for a strong, resonance-free enclosure. Front porting and a removable tuning panel let you adjust the cabinet’s tuning to suit different speakers, and the interior is treated with nylon batting to kill standing waves. It ships loaded with a Celestion BN12-300S neo speaker (8-ohm, 250W, 100dB sensitivity) and is also offered unloaded for players who want to run their own driver. Penn-Elcom hardware, a steel jack plate with dual 1/4” jacks, and a recessed top handle round out the build, all at 22 lbs loaded.
