The Fuchs Ultralight 212 Cabinet
A 212 cabinet with one front- and one rear-mounted driver, formerly licensed as the Buzz Feiten Vintage Cabinet, known for sounding bigger than its size.
About this amp
For over a decade Fuchs was the only company licensed to build this replica of the original cabinets Buzz Feiten made in the 1980s for players like Larry Carlton and Dean Parks, now renamed the Fuchs Ultralight 212. One driver mounts to the front baffle and one to the rear; the two sum a few feet out from the cabinet for a fuller, bigger presentation than the 22 x 11 x 24” enclosure would suggest, at just 42 lbs. The grille mounts with Velcro for easy removal, and it’s available in black or cream tolex with an optional removable-caster configuration.
