Healer by Healy Guitars

About this guitar

The Healer takes cues from classic offset guitars (Jazzmaster-style instruments and their European/Japanese counterparts) but trims the overall size down about an inch, landing closer to a Strat/Tele footprint while staying well balanced sitting or standing. The body is chambered on each half around a center block for resonance and reduced weight (roughly 6.5-7.5 lbs finished). Set-neck construction with hot hide glue is the standard build, with a hand-fit bolt-on version also offered; the thicker heel on both styles is designed to resist neck “flip” over time. Every Healer is built to order, with neck shape, scale length, pickups, and wiring tailored to the player. The custom order queue is currently closed, with a mailing-list waitlist for when it reopens.
