Aaron Graves Overdrive
A preamp/power-amp-style overdrive built with musician Aaron Graves, blending clarity and heft with a two-stage gain design and a bass-voicing switch aimed at humbucker and neck-pickup tones.
About this pedal
Built in collaboration with musician Aaron Graves, this overdrive began as a request for the preamp voicing from Caroline’s Parabola and Météore pedals but grew into its own design. It revives the ‘Mode B’ power-amp-style clipping circuit from Caroline’s earlier Haymaker and Icarus V1 pedals, paired with a second gain stage for a more balanced two-drive-style setup, plus a bass-voicing selector aimed at humbucker and neck-pickup players. A portion of sales proceeds benefits Fork & Spoon Records.
