Hizumitas
A faithful recreation of Wata (Boris)'s Elk BM Sustainar fuzz, built from her own original pedal.
About this pedal
Hizumitas recreates the Elk BM Sustainar, a Japanese variant of the classic Big Muff-style fuzz that’s long been part of Wata (Boris)‘s tone, built after EarthQuaker got hands-on access to her original unit. It’s a simple three-knob fuzz (Volume, Sustain, Tone) tuned for heavy saturation and smooth sustain with a clear, dynamic midrange.
