45W Tres Leches (Head)
The head version of the Tres Leches, Milkman's 45-watt 6L6 amp with a built-in tube power attenuator scaling down to 15 or 5 watts.
About this amp
The Tres Leches pairs a high-headroom, full-bandwidth 6L6 preamp with a solid-state rectifier and adjustable grid bias for maximum power, then uses a 6L6-based tube power attenuator, a circuit shared by Benson Amplifiers, to scale the amp from 45 watts down to 15 or 5 watts while keeping the sag and compression feel of a low-wattage amp. It includes a 3-knob tube reverb system. This is the bare head, without a cabinet.
