Gremlin Head
By Tone King Amplifier Company
A 5W hand-wired tube head with Rhythm and Lead channels voiced for blackface and tweed tones, and a built-in Iron Man II attenuator.
About this amp
The Gremlin Head brings the same 5-watt, all-tube Rhythm/Lead voicing as the Gremlin combo into a compact head format, meant to be paired with the player’s own cabinet. The Rhythm input offers a blackface-style voice with increased headroom, while Lead brings tweed-style drive; the channels can be switched or blended with an optional A/B/Y footswitch. A built-in Ironman II reactive-load attenuator lets the 5881 power tube run hard at bedroom-friendly volumes.
