Hi-Fi 5W Mini Amplifier Head
A tiny, hand-wired point-to-point 5-watt Class A tube head built around a single 6V6, reissued in a miniature aluminum chassis.
About this amp
Originally released in 2013 and later discontinued, this mini amp head is back in a scaled-down Hi-Fi form factor. It’s a 5-watt Class A circuit with a 6V6 power tube and a simple 12AX7 preamp, hand-wired point-to-point with no circuit board. With no negative feedback, it breaks up at moderate volume and can drive any 8-ohm cabinet, moving from sparkly cleans into thick, saturated lead tones as it’s pushed.
