Super 33
A gainier variant of the Super Deluxe that swaps the first preamp tube for an EF86, adding a Clean/Boost switch for a hotter second stage.
About this amp
The Super 33 shares the Super Deluxe’s 33-watt, EL34-based output section but replaces the first gain stage with an EF86 and turns the Fat-Off-Bright switch into an Off-Boost control. In Clean mode only the EF86 stage and a Gain/Cut knob are active; Boost mode engages the second gain stage, EQ, and Master Volume for a hotter, more aggressive overdrive than the standard Super Deluxe. Offered in 1x12 or 2x12/2x10 form, with an optional Empire-style cosmetic upgrade.
