Acapulco Gold
A dirt-simple, single-knob distortion pedal modeled on the roar of a cranked vintage Model T amp.
About this pedal
Acapulco Gold models the open, gritty breakup of a dimed vintage tube amp in a single-knob analog distortion pedal. There’s only one control, output volume, so tone shaping happens at your guitar’s own volume and tone knobs, moving from a raunchy overdrive down to a hazy, low-gain spank. It’s an amp-in-a-box distortion built for players who want amp-like dynamics without the amp.
