Polaris Cadet: Resonant Overdrive
A compact, dynamic medium-gain overdrive with a built-in 2-pole resonant filter that can be swept via an external expression pedal.
About this pedal
The Polaris Cadet packs Spaceman’s resonant overdrive circuit into a smaller enclosure. Its onboard 2-pole resonant filter reacts to playing dynamics and can be controlled in real time with an expression pedal, opening up filter-sweep textures well beyond a standard drive pedal. Drive ranges from a touch of harmonic grit to full-tilt overdrive on the edge of breakup.
