Rando Delay (Proto 7)
By Catalinbread
A limited Proto Club double-tap delay that pairs a clean repeat with a second line whose delay time is randomized.
About this pedal
Rando is Catalinbread’s seventh Proto Club pedal, a limited release sold only until October 7, 2026. It started life as a spiritual successor to the CSIDMAN delay and was reworked before release. It runs two delay lines at once: one clean, and one whose delay time is randomized at a fast interval. The Rando knob blends the two lines, the Mix knob sets the wet/dry balance, and a modulation control adds movement to the clean line. Settings range from clean digital echo to chaotic, unpredictable repeats. Catalinbread lists $159.99 as Proto Club pricing against a $199.99 regular price.
