Amp repair
2235 S Marion St · Unit B · Denver, CO
The Vintage Tone services and repairs vintage point-to-point wired tube guitar amps from Fender, Gibson, Silvertone, Airline, Supro, Valco, Ampeg and other makers, usually from the 1940s to the 1970s. Owner Joe Moore runs the Denver shop by appointment and charges by the job. Work begins with an evaluation at a $100 bench fee that counts toward any additional work, then moves to a Tune-Up that services the amp without alteration or to a full repair and restoration. The shop also sells tested tubes and takes local drop-off and pick-up only.
