PHD Head
10-watt single-ended Class-A-style head built around a single KT66 power tube and an octal 6SL7 preamp, inspired by the tweed Harvard and Champ.
About this amp
The PHD is a single-ended, single-power-tube (KT66) design inspired by the tweed Fender Harvard and Champ, using an octal 6SL7 preamp tube for a richer, more muscular front end than a typical 12AX7. A single Tone control plus a post-phase-inverter Master Volume round out the panel. Hand-wired, tube-rectified.
