TWEED20 Combo
A 5E3-rooted tweed combo with cathode-biased 6V6 power tubes, built for more volume and headroom than the vintage original.
About this amp
Rooted directly in the 5E3 circuit, the Tweed 20 uses cathode-bias 6V6 power tubes for sweet compression and instant touch sensitivity, going from clean to scream with just the guitar’s volume control. Unlike most 5E3-style amps it avoids a farty low end and adds enough volume and headroom to keep pace with a Deluxe Reverb on stage. Loaded with a Celestion Greenback speaker.
