About this pedal
The BB Preamp V1.5 carries forward the sound of Xotic’s original BB Preamp in an updated enclosure. Its pre-gain stage covers everything from a 30dB+ clean boost to a warm, compressed overdrive, and the adjustable +/-15dB two-band active EQ adds a wide range of harmonic shaping on top of that gain range. True bypass switching keeps the tone unaffected when disengaged.
