Encounter Delay + Reverb
By Source Audio
An ambient delay-and-reverb pedal loaded with atmospheric delay and reverb engines, including pitch-shifting, reverse, and tape-inspired modes, for deep, immersive soundscapes.
About this pedal
The Encounter pairs independently switchable delay and reverb engines in one MIDI-capable pedal aimed at ambient and atmospheric playing. Engines range from a dual-voiced pitch-shifting reverb (Shimmers) and a tremolo/reverb hybrid to reverse, lo-fi, and swell reverbs, alongside tape- and drum-echo-style delays, a kaleidoscopic multi-tap delay, and a delay/reverb blend called EchoVerb. Dedicated footswitches engage delay and reverb independently, the delay switch doubles as tap tempo, stereo I/O and Neuro 3 editing add further depth, and 128 presets are available via the pedal or MIDI.
