Radius - Ring Mod
By Red Panda
A ring modulator and frequency shifter with pitch tracking, an eight-quadrant multiplier algorithm, and an advanced envelope-triggered LFO, moving smoothly between ring mod, frequency shifting, tremolo, and phaser-like sounds.
About this pedal
Radius is a ring modulator/frequency shifter built around an “eight-quadrant multiplier” algorithm that blends smoothly between ring modulation and frequency shifting, with independently adjustable upper/lower sideband ratios. A push-to-tune footswitch and pitch tracking keep the internal oscillator musical as you play, and an advanced LFO (triangle, square, random, 8-step sequencer, envelope-triggered) adds sweeping spectral movement. Won a Premier Guitar Premier Gear award and Best Ring Mod Pedal at the 2024 EMMAs. Stereo I/O, full MIDI, and a web editor included.
