Owner Joel Amsden and tech Matt Knight run this guitar and amp repair shop inside Fort Andross, the old mill building on Brunswick's Maine Street. Tube amp repair is where the shop started and is still its busiest department; it takes guitars, basses and tube amps, and solid-state amps only under warranty for a brand it services. Guitar work runs from setups and stainless steel refrets to in-house bone nuts, neck resets and full refinishes. The shop holds Fender Gold and Taylor Silver Plus certifications and is an authorized service center for Martin, Marshall, Mesa/Boogie and several other guitar and amp brands.
