Serving customers since 2022
Matt Sohl opened Sohl Guitars in Harrison in 2022 after six years in the Sadowsky Guitars custom shop in New York, where his pre-production work centered on truing necks, fretting and leveling fingerboards. He still tours as a guitar tech for acts such as Black Eyed Peas and Sevendust. The shop offers three tiers of setup, fretwork up to full refrets, electronics and wiring repairs and one-off custom guitar builds. It is not taking banjos, mandolins, violins, dobros, upright basses, acoustic neck resets or finish work at this time.
