Thorn J2V2 by Thorn Guitars

About this guitar

The J2V2 is a bolt-on swamp ash offset built on Thorn’s ‘Precision Lock’ dovetail lap joint, with a quartersawn maple neck (oiled and waxed) and an East Indian rosewood fretboard with white binding. A Seymour Duncan Saturday Night Special humbucker runs through volume, a push/pull tone control that splits both pickups, and a 3-way switch, into Thorn’s Brass Knuckle 2 + TailSlide vibrato bridge. Cosmetics include glow-in-the-dark slanted-block inlays and an Agent Yellow finish with matching headstock. Ships in a G&G hardshell case. Build-to-order — wood, hardware and finish choices are priced individually beyond the base price.
