Astro Tone Fuzz by Analog Man

About this pedal

The Astro Tone, released in 2010, is based on the Sam Ash Fuzzz Boxx and Astrotone Fuzz that Astro Amp built in New York in the late 1960s. Analog Mike first cloned that circuit in the mid-90s.

It lands somewhere between fuzz and distortion and reacts differently depending on the amp. Analog Man pitches it as much easier to use live than a Fuzz Face. Bass players like it too.
