Bi-CompROSSor
By Analog Man
The full-size dual compressor: a Ross-style CompROSSor and an Orange Squeezer-style Juicer with external mix and attack knobs and widely spaced footswitches.
About this pedal
The Bi-CompROSSor pairs Analog Man’s two compressors in one wide enclosure: the CompROSSor, an improved Ross design, and the Juicer, based on the Dan Armstrong Orange Squeezer. Each side has its own footswitch, so you can run either one or stack them. Analog Man still uses new-old-stock CA3080E chips.
This is the full-size version. Five knobs sit in a row, including mix and attack, and the footswitches are far enough apart to step on one at a time. It runs on a battery as well as a power supply. Only this version offers the four-jack layout for separate routing and a high-cut switch on the Juicer side. A RYCK treble toggle and original 1979 RCA chips are also available. The Mini Bi-Comp puts the same two compressors in half the space.
