Lightning
A single-channel EL84 combo with a scooped-midrange, classic British EL84 voicing.
About this amp
The Lightning delivers a classic EL84 British-voiced tone, scooped more in the midrange than Matchless’ Spitfire or Nighthawk so it cuts through a mix. Interactive bass and treble controls give it an active EQ for a wide range of tones, driven by three 12AX7s and a dual-EL84 power section with tube rectification.
