Prince of Tone
By Analog Man
Essentially one side of the King of Tone in a single-channel pedal, with an external switch for overdrive, boost and distortion modes. No wait list; sold in weekly batches.
About this pedal
The Prince of Tone takes one channel of the King of Tone, set to the KOT’s higher-gain drive range, and adds an external mode switch for overdrive, clean boost and a beefed-up distortion mode. Inside are the KOT’s treble trimpot plus two DIP switches: a low-mid lift and a turbo setting for more compression and crunch at high drive.
No wait list here. Analog Man restocks it in batches, usually on Wednesday afternoons, and limits orders while demand is high. A buffered-bypass version is an option.
