About this pedal
The Sun Face is Analog Man’s Fuzz Face, hand built to the buyer’s spec. The main choice is the transistor: Japanese 2SB, GE, RCA, big Russian BART and British CV germaniums, or Telefunken and other silicon types, each with its own gain and cleanup. Analog Man says there is no single best one.
Options include top or side jacks, an external clean knob, the Sundial external bias control, a power jack and an LED. Typical build time is about three weeks, and a few ready-to-ship units are sometimes available.
